A community brunch, elevated by experiential immersion, sound and our local terroir. Join us for a 3-hour immersive brunch where the restorative power of sound meets our wellness-inspired brands.

Come alone, with friends or as a couple!

A morning gathering where you’ll experience sound therapy, journaling, yoga, breathing exercises, and bites from local producers. We’ll finish with a 75-minute immersive sound session (sound bath)!

While many studios offer traditional sound bath experiences, the Leshift Sound Space+ redefines what sound healing can be. Each Immersion combines the familiar serenity of a sound bath but we add our unique advanced vibrational therapies, direct energy work, and 360° spatial sound design, creating a deeply personalized, multi-sensory healing environment unlike any other. The culinary bites offered are secondary to the main holistic activities. Please note that the cost of this event does not cover certain high-cost requests. The menu is curated in collaboration with our sponsors, chefs and local producers. This is not a fully customized menu-based event; however, we do offer vegan, gluten-free and vegetarian options. Any specific dietary preferences can be noted on the booking form at the time of reservation. Attendance at the Brunch automatically makes you a member, giving you access to special events, exclusive pricing and community gatherings.
