Our Signature 360° Wellness Brunch™ & Sound Immersion Sundays | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM Location: LeShift™ Sound Healing Studio Montreal’s only 360° immersive sound studio Indulge in a brunch reimagined: where elevated culinary artistry meets full-spectrum wellness immersion. Our Signature Brunch experience includes: -Three hours of transformative wellness activities including; guided meditation, journaling, movement and breathwork. - 45-minute sound immersion: the centerpiece of the experience, blending Acutonics®, live instruments, and multi-sensory therapies Each week, we collaborate with local bakeries, farms and producers to craft an inclusive, thoughtfully curated brunch. With a touch of surprise every week, we also cater to dietary restrictions, offering options that include vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, refined-oil–free and lactose-free dishes, alongside artisan cheese and a special surprise dessert for all guests. After booking, you’ll receive a short form to share any allergies or dietary needs, please complete it so we can tailor your experience. Please refrain from arriving earlier, as the doors will not open in advance. The event will begin promptly at the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

All booked events, sessions, therapies and workshops are non-refundable. We do, however, offer rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Rescheduling is considered on a case-by-case basis and is subject to availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee placement in the next session or week, as events often fill quickly and late changes may result in unfilled spots. Our sponsors and facilitators prepare specifically for each registered attendee to ensure a high-quality experience. These sessions are subject to cancellation and rescheduling to an alternative date if fewer than four (4) attendees are registered 24 hours prior to the event. In this case, you will be contacted to confirm your preferred date within our available schedule. This occurs rarely.
