An Immersive Space Where Sound Becomes Health
Nestled beneath luminous skylights, Sound Space+ is Montreal’s first immersive studio dedicated to the art of sound healing, The Amarys Method™ and Acutonics®. Designed with luxurious massage tables, meditation pillows and a bring-your-own yoga mat seating, it merges innovative design, modern technology and the healing power of sound and energetic medicine. Guided by Quebec’s Acutonics® practitioner, each session draws on science-based neuroscience techniques to create a transformative, one-of-a-kind sound immersions. Every session has a purpose, beginning with an intimate pre-immersion gathering hosted by co-founder and lead practitioner Amarys. These gatherings bring the community together to engage in meaningful conversation, connection and an introduction to the art and science of sound frequency healing. Within these thoughtfully designed experiences, Amarys shares the fundamentals of her healing methods. Alongside J. Harley Perkins, founder of Leshift Wellness, participants are guided through stretching, meditation, breathwork and the innovative sound healing experience itself, filled with practices that help realign heart and mind coherence in a therapeutic, deeply enjoyable way, representing the forefront of immersive wellness design.
We help you release stress, ease anxiety and relieve chronic pain through a fusion of traditional, ancestral and modern science-based methods, creating an immersive experience with profound therapeutic impact. Our methods integrate biofield tuning with precise vibrational energetic practices and realingment through specially calibrated tuning forks, set at specific frequencies, working both around the energetic field and directly on key points to facilitate relaxation, balanced energy flow and restoration. A system of energetic medicine that uses tuning forks of various frequencies to access and transform the body’s energetic system. It is a deeply harmonic approach that is based on sound vibration. This unique modality integrates the ancient Taoist teachings about the meridians, pre-meridians and the immaterial body with the knowledge of Oriental Medicine, Cosmological Studies, Depth Psychology, Contemporary Science and Sound Healing principals. Our sessions feature the resonant power of planetary frequencies through Acutonics®, an exclusive offering in Québec, led by our co-founder and your guide, Amarys. An integration of Planetary Frequency–tuned chimes and tuning forks, based on the science of Acutonics®, harmonized with the resonant frequencies of gongs, chimes, singing bowls, shamanic and ocean drums and other rare sound instruments.

The lead practitioner and your host, Amarys, introduces The Amarys Method™, a unique approach that merges modalities such as Acutonics® which is a scientifically grounded, vibrational energetic tuning and biofield realingment, sound healing modality that combines precision-calibrated tuning forks, evidence-informed vibrational practices from modern integrative medicine and the time-honored principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to restore harmony to the body, mind and spirit. This innovative approach makes the immersions completely novel in content while providing a profound therapeutic dimension.
Incorporating planetary gongs, precision-calibrated tuning forks, planetary hand chimes, gemstones, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, shaman drums, voice, guitar and a rich array of modern and ancient sound instruments, this experience is truly one-of-a-kind.
