How Our Immersive Sound Experience Works:
While often called “sound baths,” our sessions go far beyond the ordinary. At Leshift, we’ve curated a spa-like, multi-modal experience designed to fully engage your senses in our 360° immersive studio.

Settle In & Prepare: Before the session begins, we take time to help you get comfortable, hydrate, and settle into the serene studio environment.

Introduction to the Power of Sound & Frequencies: An introductory session begins at the long table, where we get acquainted with the theme of the session, the practitioners, and the science behind sound healing and therapies. A brief yet spacious moment is held with the group to help empower participants with an understanding of the modalities and how energy flows within the biofield and the body as a whole.

Gentle Activation: Short breathwork, light stretching, movement and guided meditations help ease your body and mind into the practice.

Immersive Sound Journey: Lie back on your massage table as we guide you through a session blending Acutonics®, live instruments, aromatherapy, color therapy, breathwork, meditation and energetic modalities. Every element is designed to harmonize your body, mind and energy field.

Decompression & Reflection: Massage Table sessions conclude with a soothing herbal tea service, allowing time to retune to yourself, reflect and engage in a Q&A with our practitioners.
This carefully orchestrated flow ensures that from arrival to departure, your experience is seamless, restorative and deeply transformative.
Set within a meticulously designed studio with skylights, Leshift offers a fully immersive sound healing experience unlike anything else in Montreal. By day, natural light fills the space. By night, the studio transforms into a softly lit, mystical environment with gemstone-illuminated walls, refined acoustics and a deep sense of calm and safety.
Each session blends modern technology, neuroscience-based techniques and energetic medicine to support deep rest, nervous system regulation and energetic realignment.

Our immersive and therapeutically focused sound bath experience. Designed for deep rest and nervous system regulation, participants lie fully supported on massage tables while sound and vibration are applied with precision throughout the session.
Limited to 12 participants, this intimate format allows for a more personalized experience. You are held in stillness as frequencies move through your body, encouraging profound relaxation, energetic release and recalibration.
