Tea Ritual & Nourishing Snacks for your cycle: Each session starts with a glass of calibrated water to help you focus and ends with a soothing herbal tea specially selected to support you and your cycles evolution, paired with local healthy snacks. A white table and chairs in front of a large window and plants are waiting for you.​

 

Sweet Recipes for Cycle Support: Each session you will receive one of Amarys hormone-friendly recipes to help you move through cravings and support your body’s natural needs.

 

A Safe and Empowering Environment: Move beyond symptom management and learn to live in rhythm with your body, guided by awareness, not frustration. You’ll learn tools to shift how you feel during your period so your cycle works with you, not against you. Together in a small, caring group, you’ll share experiences, tips, and encouragement with others who truly understand. Amarys will guide you through each session with warmth and expertise, in a calm and cozy setting designed for comfort and connection. ​​​

This program is designed to stay with you for life. It goes beyond the individual, inspiring those around you, while offering a holistic approach to self-care. Much of the content will guide you in listening within, discovering new tools to support yourself and exploring healthy habits and dietary options. It’s a powerful complement to any wellbeing toolkit.

Program:​Day 1

 

Reconnect with Your  cycle Rhythm/Duration: 2 hours

This opening session invites you to reconnect with your menstrual cycle through the lens of sound, breath, and embodied awareness. You will discover with a small scientific explanation how sound therapy works on a physiological level, explore the core pillars of the Venus Flow program, and get hands-on experience with healing instruments. We’ll also introduce the Body Clock (TCM) to help you identify your energetic type and guide you toward personalized practices, eating habits, acupressure points, teas, and movements that support your unique cyclical rhythm.

6. Sound Therapy Journey (40 minutes)
One by one, you will be guided to your own massage table, dressed in your regular comfortable clothes. Please wear loose clothing and socks. The massage tables are under a skylight window and have a organic cotton sheet and blanket. Enjoy a restorative sound therapy treatment using Amarys' multidisciplinary method. The use of calibrated and non-calibrated tuning forks, gong, copper bowl, drums, voice, Acutonics®, and other instruments to compliment the therapy will be used.
The session is designed to support your pelvic space, nervous system, and hormonal balance.

7. Tea, Reflection & Integration (20 minutes)
After the sound journey, we return to the table for a warm tea ritual and healthy snack designed to support your current menstrual phase. This is a moment to share, ask questions, and receive additional insights from Amarys in a supportive group circle.

8. Home Practice & Integration
Before you leave, you’ll receive access to a guided audio session to listen to during the week.You also receive a free Le Shift! Suund Spa - one-time pass to a 90-minute special sound healing therapy of the month.You will be invited to keep a small journal of how you feel emotionally and physically throughout the week to support the next session’s personalization and progress.

Day 2 — Listening to Your Flow

This session is about learning how to read your body during your menstrual phase. Whether your flow is heavy, light, irregular, or delayed, you'll discover how to adapt supportive techniques like acupressure, sound, and breathe to meet your own needs. The goal is to help you feel more in control of your cycle.

 

​1. Arrival & Settling (15 minutes)

Arrive 15 minutes before we begin to settle in, leave your personal items in the designated space, and take a moment to ground. Calibrated vibrational water will be served as you gather around the white table.

 

​2. Group Check-in & Sharing (10 minutes) We’ll open the session with a check-in. This is a moment to share how your week went, any changes you felt, and questions that may have come up after listening to your audio session or noticing your cycle’s behavior. ​

 

3. Understanding Your Flow Type (15 minutes)

Together, we’ll explore the different types of menstrual flow, whether heavy, light, irregular, painful, or absent—and what these patterns may reveal about your hormonal and energetic balance. We’ll also examine your sleep rhythms and notice times of day when your energy dips, using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Body Clock as a guide. This awareness will help us show potential organ imbalances or weaknesses in the body. Each participant will be invited to reflect on their own cycle and begin identifying meaningful patterns to better support their well-being.

 

​4. Acupressure & Self-Care Tools (20 minutes)

You’ll be introduced to key acupressure points and simple breathing or movement exercises that you can tailored to your specific need. Whether your goal is to relieve pain, stimulate a delayed cycle, or calm heavy bleeding, you’ll be guided to find what fits your body best. ​

 

Participants will be shown: Points for cramping relief Points to stimulate or regulate flow Exercises to encourage grounding and emotional release ​

 

5. Sound Therapy Session (40 minutes)

Each participant will  receive a more tailored sound therapy session while lying on your own massage table. The sound therapy session will be tailored toward : Enjoying a restorative sound therapy treatment using Amarys' unique multidisciplinary method & Acutonics®. The use of calibrated and not calibrated tuning forks, voice, gong, drums, chimes, copper bowl and more instruments help to compliment the therapy. The session is designed to support your pelvic space, nervous system, and hormonal balance and support release and circulation.

 

​6. Group Tea, Nourishment & Integration (20 minutes)

We gather once more at the white table for herbal tea and a nourishing and a cycle-supportive snack. You’ll have space to ask questions, exchange insights, and write down what worked best for you. You will also be reminded to practice at home some of the exercises viewed in the program and to listen to your guided sound therapy at least 4 times in the coming week, and track how your body responds.

Day 3 — Honouring the Cravings:

Nourish & Receive:Listening to the body’s cravings as an inner body language and genetic wisdom.

 

Accentuations on: Food, rest, hormonal patterns, and your feminine flow. This session invites you to explore what your body might truly need during your cycle, especially when cravings show up. Instead of ignoring or judging these impulses, we'll learn how to interpret them as useful signals. With the help of snack and tea guidance, movement, and sound therapy, you will gain insight into how to nourish yourself and regain a sense of inner balance.

 

1. Arrival & Grounding (15 minutes)

Arrive 15 minutes early to settle into the space. A member of our team will greet you, help you store your belongings.

 

​2. Group Connection & Cravings Discussion (15 minutes) Seated together at the white table with calibrated water, we’ll explore common menstrual cravings — such as sugar, salt, carbs, or warmth and what they may reveal about your body’s hormonal and emotional needs. This is a space for open sharing, where you’ll begin to see your cravings as signals to decode rather than ignore. We will do a menstrual craving assessment together.

 

3. Snack & Tea Guidance by Flow Type (20 minutes)

You’ll be introduced to simple snacks and herbal teas that can be used to support your cycle, depending on your personal flow type. Together, we’ll identify which supportive choices could make a difference for your symptoms and energy levels, and how to build your own supportive sipping ritual.

 

4. Movement Practice: Organ-Centered Activation (20 minutes)

You’ll be guided through a multidisciplinary exercise sequence created by Amarys to support organs like the liver, spleen, and stomach to: release tension stored in the womb and digestive area.

 

5. Group Sound Therapy Session – Digestive Focus (40 minutes) Each participant will lie comfortably on her own massage table, arranged beneath the peaceful glow of our skylight windows, with organic linens for warmth ad comfort. No need to change clothes, just wear something cozy and bring warm socks. In this immersive group session, all five women will receive a sound therapy at the same time, using Amarys' multidisciplinary approach rooted in both Eastern and Western healing arts and Acutonics.*This session is specially designed to support digestion.

 

​6. Creative Mindfulness: Breathing & Drawing Exercise (15 minutes)

After your sound session, we’ll return together to the group space around the white table. You’ll be gently guided through a mindfulness breathing practice, followed by a creative drawing exercise designed to help you connect with how you feel in the moment. ​Using the sound that Amarys will be playing in the background and your own senses as inspiration, you’ll draw freely, no need to "be" an artist ;)This practice supports emotional release and offers a practical tool you can use at home to manage frustration or feelings of being overwhelmed during some phases of your cycle. Think of it as a quiet conversation between your inner world and the paper. It’s a moment of validation with your feelings.​

 

7. Closing Tea & Snack (15 minutes)

We gather once more at the white table for a warm herbal tea and a carefully selected snack, chosen to support your current cycle phase. This is a moment to ground, ask questions, share if you wish, or simply rest and receive/take notes.  ​

Day 4 — Integrate & Empower:

Deepening oneself's awareness, reflection &  tools to carry forward

1. Arrival & Welcoming (15 minutes)

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. You’ll be greeted and guided to store your personal belongings. As we begin, we’ll gather around the white table and share calibrated water to ground and open the space. ​Together, we’ll take a moment to reflect on the journey so far, how your body responded, what stood out, and what you’re curious to explore more deeply.

 

2.  Integration & Review (20 minutes)

This session is about going deeper ad integrating what you’ve learned. You’ll be invited to share your preferences and experiences.

 

3. Promoting positive self-reflection and affirmations Amarys' "mirror exercise" (15 minutes)

A look at how we see ourselves and the impacts on how we feel in relation to self-awareness and awareness of our bodily needs versus our psychological expectations — mentally, hormonally, emotionally.In this guided exercise, we will explore the link between self-image and hormonal balance, particularly how harsh self-talk and negative body image can influence your cycle.​You’ll be guided through a gentle self-love practice, helping you bring more compassion into the way you relate to your body, especially during your period.

 

4. Movement Practice & Meridian Support (15 minutes)

We’ll move through Amarys' multidisciplinary flow exercises, focusing on key meridians and organs related to hormonal regulation and emotional wellbeing.​ This short practice will help you feel more aligned during all phases of your cycle and support you to have a personal practice or personalized ritual to take home.

 

5. Group Sound Healing Journey (40 minutes)

No need to change clothes, just wear something cozy and bring warm socks. ​In this immersive group session, all five women will receive a sound therapy at the same time, using Amarys' multidisciplinary approach. The session is specially designed to support self love.

 

6. Tea, Treats & Closing Circle (15 minutes)

We’ll close for a last time by returning to the white table for a final sharing circle. A nourishing tea blend and treats aligned with your individual Venus Flow  will be offered to ground and celebrate the journey. ​

You’ll receive a personalized reminder sheet summarizing the exercises, teas, and tools that best support your unique cycle. We'll also revisit how to use the sound exercises, drawing exercises, and acupressure points at home and you’ll be encouraged to continue deepening your self-care practice.​

You may register for the program of your choice. Each program includes one weekly session for four weeks and continues until the start of the next program. We have openings for programs starting this fall, with sessions beginning during the first week of each month. Browse the calendar and select your preferred start date for the 4-week program.
