Cancellation Policy

All booked events, sessions, therapies and workshops are non-refundable. We do, however, offer rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Rescheduling is considered on a case-by-case basis and is subject to availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee placement in the next session or week, as events often fill quickly and late changes may result in unfilled spots. Our sponsors and facilitators prepare specifically for each registered attendee to ensure a high-quality experience. These sessions are subject to cancellation and rescheduling to an alternative date if fewer than four (4) attendees are registered 24 hours prior to the event. In this case, you will be contacted to confirm your preferred date within our available schedule. This occurs rarely. Age Policy To preserve the integrity and depth of our offerings, our standard experiences are designed with an adult audience in mind. While we draw from sound healing and sound therapy techniques, the approach differs between children and adults. Our sessions are therefore curated for an adolescent to adult participatory group. General Admission All regular sound baths, therapies, immersive sessions, and brunch experiences are primarily intended for adults (18+). We welcome participants ages 14–17 when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must be present. A paid booking is required for all participants, including accompanied minors. Our standard consent form must be completed prior to participation by all attendees, In the case of a minor, both the minor and their parent or legal guardian are required to complete separate forms together for each participant. These sessions are curated as deeply restorative and introspective environments, often involving extended stillness and immersive vibrational elements, and follow an approach specifically tailored to adolescent and adult participants. Family & Youth Offerings We are committed to inclusivity and periodically offer special events for children and families. These experiences are thoughtfully adapted in format, pacing, and engagement style to align with younger participants, while still reflecting the essence of sound-based wellness.
