Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations & Rescheduling All bookings for events, sessions, therapies, and workshops are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change, and we offer the option to reschedule. Requests to change a booking date must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Rescheduling requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to find a suitable alternative within our available schedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Our events and sessions often fill up quickly. Last-minute rescheduling can result in lost revenue for the studio, as it may not be possible to fill the reserved spot on short notice. We therefore appreciate as much advance notice as possible. In the event that Leshift must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or other operational reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an opportunity to reschedule. Depending on the circumstances, a refund may be offered for a session cancelled by us. Please contact us at your earliest convenience if you need to make a change to your booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. --- Age & Participation Policy To preserve the integrity and depth of our experiences, our standard sessions are designed primarily for an adolescent and adult audience. While our offerings draw on sound healing and sound therapy techniques, our approach is specifically curated for the needs and participation of older audiences. General Admission (18+) All experiences are intended primarily for adults aged 18 and over. Participants aged 14–17 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, subject to the following requirements. Consent Requirements for Minors (Ages 14–17) - A parent or legal guardian must be present throughout the session. - A paid booking is required for every participant, including minors. - All attendees must complete the studio's standard consent form before participating. - For minors, both the minor and their parent or legal guardian must complete the required consent documentation. Family & Youth Experiences We believe in making sound-based wellness accessible to people at different stages of life. Throughout the year, we periodically offer dedicated experiences for children, youth, and families.
