Cancellation Policy

Refund and Rescheduling Policy: All booked events, sessions, therapies and workshops are non-refundable. However, we do offer the option to reschedule. Requests to change the date must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Rescheduling is handled on a case-by-case basis and we will work with you to find the best available alternative within our schedule. We cannot guarantee that the event will be rescheduled for the next session or week. Our events fill up quickly and rescheduling at the last minute results in a loss for the studio, as available spots are unlikely to be booked in such a short timeframe. Please let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can accommodate you as best as possible.
