Cancellation Policy

All booked events, sessions, therapies and workshops are non-refundable. We do, however, offer rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Rescheduling is considered on a case-by-case basis and is subject to availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee placement in the next session or week, as events often fill quickly and late changes may result in unfilled spots. Our sponsors and facilitators prepare specifically for each registered attendee to ensure a high-quality experience. These sessions are subject to cancellation and rescheduling to an alternative date if fewer than four (4) attendees are registered 24 hours prior to the event. In this case, you will be contacted to confirm your preferred date within our available schedule. This occurs rarely.
