All purchases of At-Home Audio Journeys or Recordings are final sale, no refunds are available.

Booked events, sessions, therapies, or workshops are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Physical products, including At-Home Sound Health Kits and headphones, are eligible for a refund or replacement if defective. These cases are handled individually and our team is committed to providing the best possible customer satisfaction.

Tracking numbers are not provided, but our team is available to provide any shipping details you require.

Shipments within Canada typically arrive within 14 days maximum.
