1. Refunds & Cancellations

 

  • All purchases of At-Home Audio Journeys or Recordings are final sale, no refunds are available.​

  • Booked events, sessions, therapies, or workshops are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.​

  • Physical products, including At-Home Sound Health Kits and headphones, are eligible for a refund or replacement if defective. These cases are handled individually and our team is committed to providing the best possible customer satisfaction.

2. Shipping & Delivery​

 

  • Orders are shipped within 7 days of purchase.​

  • Tracking numbers are not provided, but our team is available to provide any shipping details you require.​

  • Shipments within Canada typically arrive within 14 days maximum.

  • ​International shipments typically arrive within 14–28 days.​

 

3. Payment​​

 

  • We use PayPal, a secure and reliable payment provider.​

  • You may pay via PayPal as a guest, without creating an account.

  • You may also request to pay via e-transfer directly to us. Please email your request to info@leshift.ca

​4. Final Sale

 

  • All products purchased from Leshift are considered final sale, except for defective items as described above.​
