Beneath skylights filled with natural light, Leshift is the global pioneering institute dedicated to immersive sound healing and sound therapy, with a focus on education in contemporary sound-based frequencies and vibroacoustic modalities. The studio explores the experiential and therapeutic potential of sound frequency through immersive sound bath experiences, therapeutic sessions, and modalities informed by scientific knowledge and methods, including Acutonics®. An educational platform further extends this exploration, offering a deeper understanding of sound and its transformative potential. Led by the Quebec-based Acutonics® certified practitioner, who also serves as an international french-language and english educator for Acutonics® and founder of Acutonics Québec, Leshift brings together sound, frequencies, modern design, innovation, and emerging practices in contemporary immersive wellness. Conceived at the intersection of a sanctuary, spa, and creative studio, Leshift offers a premier architectural environment meticulously designed to support the sound therapy experience and foster presence, deep listening, and integrative well-being. Through this approach, Leshift presents a new vision of immersive wellness: a space where sound becomes experience, frequency becomes matter in service of health, and vibration becomes a vehicle for transformation.

Explore our 1:1 Therapy Sessions, featuring leading vibroacoustic and tuning-fork techniques rooted in Acutonics® and The Amarys Method™. Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian and chakra-based energy work, Taoist philosophy, and contemporary understandings of psychology and science, this unique modality brings multiple traditions into a contemporary sound-healing practice. Integrating ancient Taoist teachings on the meridians, pre-meridians, and the immaterial body with perspectives drawn from Oriental Medicine, cosmological studies, psychology and neuroscience.

The Rise of Frequency: Why Sound Is Shaping Wellness in 2026
We live in an age of relentless stimulation; not only from noise, but from constant emotional, informational, and sensory demand. As overstimulation reaches unprecedented levels, a quieter response is emerging.
Across wellness studios, spas, bathhouses, hotels, and corporate spaces, breathwork, meditation, red light therapy, cold exposure, and sound-based practices are moving into the mainstream. What was once considered esoteric is increasingly explored through neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and our growing understanding of the nervous system.
So, what is a Frequency Institute™?
At Leshift, we believe sound deserves to be experienced as more than background. Our Montreal-based Frequency Institute is dedicated to the immersive, therapeutic, and educational exploration of sound, vibration, and frequency. Within a purposefully designed 360° environment, refined acoustics and a serene studio-spa atmosphere create an immersive setting for sound frequency experiences, transformative journeys, relaxation, knowledge sharing, and learning. We bring together ancient sound modalities, contemporary research, and modern integrative practices, creating a space where tradition, science, intuition, and experience converge.
Since opening to the public in 2024, Leshift has welcomed the public and corporate groups through immersive events, experiences, and private programming. This fall, we expand our educational offering with courses designed to deepen our understanding of sound, frequency, the nervous system, and wellbeing.
