Meticulously designed as an urban destination like no other, Leshift is the pioneering Frequency Institute™ and Studio, a multidisciplinary space dedicated to the evolving fields of immersive sound healing, sound therapy, frequency and vibroacoustic practices, alongside leading vibrational acupressure and integrative wellness modalities. Beneath expansive skylights and surrounded by natural light, Leshift brings together wellness, education, contemporary sound, and design. Through immersive sound baths, private 1:1 sessions, education, and training, we explore the relationship between sound, vibration, and the body.
Led by Amarys, Québec’s only fully certified Acutonics® practitioner and educator, Leshift integrates Acutonics®, vibroacoustic techniques, breathwork, movement, meditation, and contemporary and ancient integrative health practices.
At the heart of Leshift is The Amarys Method™, an evolving integrative framework inspired by Taoist and Oriental traditions, cosmology, depth psychology, neuroscience, sound healing, and somatic practices. It approaches sound not simply as something we hear, but as something experienced through the whole body. Leshift exists at the intersection of sound, resonance, vibration, science, ancient knowledge, meticulous design, and contemporary culture; a place to experience sound as a potential pathway toward greater health and well-being.

The Rise of Frequency: Why Sound Is Shaping Wellness in 2026
We live in an age of relentless stimulation; not only from noise, but from constant emotional, informational, and sensory demand. As overstimulation reaches unprecedented levels, a quieter response is emerging.
Across wellness studios, spas, bathhouses, hotels, and corporate spaces, breathwork, meditation, red light therapy, cold exposure, and sound-based practices are moving into the mainstream. What was once considered esoteric is increasingly explored through neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and our growing understanding of the nervous system.
So, what is a Frequency Institute™?
At Leshift, we believe sound deserves to be experienced as more than background. Our Montreal-based Frequency Institute is dedicated to the immersive, therapeutic, and educational exploration of sound, vibration, and frequency. Within a purposefully designed 360° environment, refined acoustics and a serene studio-spa atmosphere create an immersive setting for sound frequency experiences, transformative journeys, relaxation, knowledge sharing, and learning. We bring together ancient sound modalities, contemporary research, and modern integrative practices, creating a space where tradition, science, intuition, and experience converge.
Since opening to the public, Leshift has welcomed the public and corporate groups through immersive events, experiences, and private programming. This fall, we expand our educational offering with courses designed to deepen our understanding of sound, frequency, the nervous system, and wellbeing.
