• Fresh socks to walk comfortably on the special floor of our spa-like, gemstone-infused studio.

• Loose, comfortable attire to move and relax freely. No jeans.

• Seasonal comfort: For cooler months, bring a cozy sweater.

• Yoga Mat Sessions: If attending a bring Your-Own-Yoga-Mat session, bring your mat, anything you want for comfort and a fresh pair of socks.

Personalization & Safety

• Before your session, we send a pre-visit form to gather specifics about any medical conditions, sensitivities or accessibility needs so we can accommodate you perfectly.

• Culinary experiences include a dietary preferences & allergy form to ensure all food offerings are safe and enjoyable.

Private Amenities

• Our studio features a private bathroom for changing or personal needs.

• Couples or friends can request to sit side by side for a shared experience.
